Patient Support Service launched

CNWL has launched a new Patient Support Service to offer a single point of contact for patients, and their carers and families, to provide a range of feedback; compliments, comments, enquiries and complaints.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our patients and your feedback is a really important way of helping us.

The Patient Support Service replaces our previous Complaints Service and Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). This single point of contact makes it easier for you to directly contact us no matter where you live or what service you are using.

If you think we’ve made a mistake or have done something really well, you can speak to your healthcare professional or the service you are using in the first instance. If your issue or query has not been resolved, you should then contact the Patient Support Service using the details below.
